Phrontis Limited was established in 1994. It
operates through a network of associates and
is thus able to bring clients a broader
range of specialist approaches than would
normally be available from a single
organization.

The directors and network members have many
decades of both line management and
consultancy experience between them. We
offer consultancy, training, facilitated
workshops and modelling and simulation
services to support clients who are
interested in adopting a systems thinking
approach to business problem solving.

Key personnel in Phrontis are members of the
Institute of Management Consultants and
Phrontis abides by the Institute’s Code of
Professional Conduct which places the client
at the centre of its three basic principles:
