Fusion-ICT have 3 core areas to their
business headed up by each of the founding
Directors:-

Wayne Russell – Technology Director – this
strand of our business developed CRM, web
crawling technology and virtual training
applications making our solutions admin
free; examples include a web crawler that
collects course information from training
providers own web sites each night,
including places available, and brings it
automatically into a user friendly
searchable web site the course information
is always up-to-date without the providers
having to do anything.

Steve Green – Training Delivery Director –
this strand of our business delivers
learning interventions using v-training
(virtual training) technology to enable
small businesses to participate on training
courses without their staff having to leave
their desk, sessions run for an hour at a
time in a virtual classroom with post
training support.

Fiona Hudson-Kelly – Sales and Marketing
Director – this strand of our business looks
after the recruitment of new candidates on
the qualifications, initial liaisons with
employers and the general marketing and PR
for the company.


Fusion-ICT has an enviable reputation for
delivering LSC training contracts across the
sub regions, on time and to contract
specifications. The projects they have
successfully managed involved engaging with
>3500 objective 2 SME employers,
from ‘cold’, and inspiring them to commit
their employees time to training and
development, increase the skills through
recognised NVQ qualifications to improve
their business performance. We have also
recruited 1000 candiates within our current
ESF contract in 2007 and delviered level 2
and 3 qualifications.

We offer an end to end training solution;
starting with a strategic business review
(ONA) which is then underpinned by an
electronic individual TNA (Training Needs
Analysis), each employee receives an
individual learning plan that illustrates
skill gaps and recommends appropriate and
flexible learning solutions that meet the
strategic challenges of the organisation.
Whilst our expertise in assessing
organisational and individual learning
requirements have been recognised by
numerous business awards and commercial
contracts with companies like Orange, O2,
NHS, Lloyds Pharmacy, Focus on Blindness,
the Law Society and Friends Provident it is
our innovative v-training solutions that
have captured the imagination of the smaller
employers (SME’s) because they can take
exactly what learning they need when they
need it without it disrupting the running of
their business.
Fusion offers a full range of learning
methodologies including instructor led
classroom training, online learning,
coaching, mentoring and at elbow support but
none of them are as appealing to SME’s as
their v-training solution which is market
driven by demand from our customers.
Delivering innovative v-training eliminates
considerable overheads such as trainer
travel time and expenses, room and equipment
hire leaving more budget to invest in
employer engagement, promotion of the
project and more importantly greater
investment in personal 1:1 tutorials to
support and encourage candidates to
successfully COMPLETE their learning journey!
