We address the need that end user organisations, which outsource information systems (IS) development, have to ensure that the risk of missed deadlines and additional costs is minimised whilst increasing the quality of the final product.

We provide a Project Realisation Service to clients, in partnership with suppliers, which uses best practise, IS development methods to raise project success. A range of project management, business analysis, quality assurance and consultancy techniques are used.
