Bluesoft’s CRM solution:
Bluesoft/CIS is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software package for improving communications and nurturing profitable business relationships.

This package is now one of the UK’s leading CRM offerings. It has been promoted through one of the AWM (Advantage West Midlands) projects. Furthermore, The National Business to Business Centre (NB2BC) has adopted it to run it’s entire operation and to demonstrate it’s capabilities to the SMEs.

This package has been chosen as a preferred solution in many sectors such as Travel Agents, sporting bodies, computer service and support, insurance brokers, IFAs, associations, florists, manufacturers and consultancies (such as management consultancies, pr, sales and marketing).

The many unique aspects of this software include: advanced relationship profiling, automation of many business processes (project management, contract management, assets, seminars/events etc), and the
flexibility for offering both an off-the-shelf and a tailorable solution.

The solution is LAN based and supports a high degree of connectivity. End users can
access the data using web browsers, WAP phones and PDAs.

Bluesoft is developing a reseller channel and is seeking resellers within West Midlands Digital.

Bluesoft’s Cluster Solution:
Bluesoft has combined it’s leading CRM solution with it’s web portal solutions to provide a cluster enabling solution. This solution has featured within the UCE research programme and is one of the few solutions available, bringing CRM to the management of clusters.

Bluesoft develops bespoke software and is on the SBS national consultants register.
