Celebratory Event for the Newly Merged ADECS Profita
ADECS Profita, the newly merged supplier of business support based in Coventry, have taken time out this month to ensure their customers are up to speed with the benefits to them and the increased range of services now available.
They hosted a highly successful customer event at the Ricoh Arena on Monday 21 May. Around 80 people from the local business community were there to hear the latest key information about e-marketing communication, mobile working, and international trade. All three subjects are important to the three areas of support that ADECS Profita offers to its clients – IT Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions.
ADECS Ltd and Profita Ltd merged three months ago, so the event was also an opportunity for staff and customers to enjoy a celebratory meal, to reflect on what has proved to be a successful merger, and go through the new service offering.
Amrik Bhabra, Managing Director, said “ADECS and Profita have worked in close alignment for a long period of time and our full merger went through earlier this year. Our service offering is unusual to the point where I believe it is unique – IT services and marketing are not generally linked, but we offer both from under one roof. The topics that we reviewed at this event demonstrate how there is an increasing level of crossover between the areas in modern business. For example, successful local businesses need an IT system that can provide them with competitive advantage rather than just support their administration tasks.”
ADECS were established in Coventry in 1992. Profita have been trading since 1997. The newly combined organisation has a turnover in excess of £1.3m, employs 25 people, and provides a wide range of business support solutions and services including the most recent addition a Printing.com franchise and the opening of a new design and web studio.
